How to use the Pans Shard: To cook on high heat, electric hob, oven and microwave. IMPORTANT! The first time only, soak the dish in water for about 12 hours. The crazing of the enamel is normal and does not affect the use. Avoid thermal shock to the dish as hot place it on wet floors or under cold water. For use on a flame, use a flame spreading net. Cleaning After washing, allow to dry upside down before storing. Dishwasher safe.
